Now in their 44^th Year, the What House? Awards are considered one of the biggest events in the property industry calendar, with over 1,300 industry professionals attending the glittering gala lunch at the event on Friday 15 November.

Editorial Director of What House? and Show House magazine Rupert Bates said: “It was a magnificent celebration of the very best new homes in Britain. The quality of the entries, let alone the winners, was quite exceptional – testimony to industry excellence, with some great housebuilders and developments just missing out on awards this year."
